I was just accepted to Generation USA Junior Cloud Practitioner bootcamp. The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner validates foundational, high-level understanding of AWS Cloud, services, and terminology. This is a good starting point on the AWS Certification journey for individuals with no prior IT or cloud experience switching to a cloud career or for line-of-business employees looking for foundational cloud literacy. Junior Full Stack Java Developer students will learn how to develop, test, and finalize solutions, fix errors, and coordinate and communicate with team and other stakeholders. What I dislike about the program are the mandatory zoom classes.

It’s favoured as a cloud platform for its hybrid compatibility, trusted security features and AI innovation. Digital Marketing Analyst students will learn how to perform tasks related to digital marketing plans, content creation, social media marketing, search engine marketing, and outcome measurement and evaluation using tools such as Google Analytics. In a world of job training programs, Generation takes a different approach to help you succeed. Generation instructors and mentors get to know each student and are there with resources, tools, and information if a student encounters a barrier. By conducting mock interviews, then providing real-time feedback and coaching, the Generation team ensures that all graduates feel confident and prepared to interview.

These programs are one of the many online reskilling programs Generation offers to provide students with free resources and access to multiple career pathways and full-time employment opportunities in high-demand industries. All of these offerings complement Generation’s goal of transforming education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people in life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. This initiative is part of Verizon’s Citizen Verizon responsible business plan to prepare 500,000 individuals for jobs of the future by 2030. Miami, Feb. 3, 2021 – Generation USA, a nonprofit organization that transforms education to employment systems, is pleased to announce its partnership with Miami Dade College (MDC), the nation’s most diverse institution, to offer students its free bootcamp-style online Jr.

This includes technical training  combined with hands-on projects and employability skills development. I was excited to hear about an opportunity that would change my life for the better. Install, configure, and maintain an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.

Energy & Natural Resources Overview

Generation USA offers lifetime career and social support for graduates. Students receive job tool consulting, continuing education support, and career education along with health and wellness resources and local staff support. Graduates also receive lifetime access to the Generation USA alumni support network. Through this partnership, Generation will provide MDC students the chance to explore other opportunities, including apprenticeships, continuing education, internships, and full-time employment.
